I am a proud supporter of Volunteer New York!. I invite you to join me at the Westchester County Center and volunteer for 9/11: Serve + Remember.
On September 11th, as well as on 9/12 and 9/13, VNY! has planned opportunities that will allow business groups, families and individuals to respectfully honor the day by completing a volunteer project together. Come and volunteer for an hour or more. I guarantee you will feel great as we remember those who perished that day, the first responders who rushed toward danger and the spirit of volunteerism of all who wanted to help.

Donate Blood on September 11th with New York Blood Center from 9 AM – 4 PM | Minimum Age 16+
Join the Bone Marrow Registry with New York Blood Center from 11 AM – 6 PM | Minimum Age 18+
Donate to the Healthy Food Drive with Hillside Food Outreach from 11 AM – 6 PM | A Family-Friendly Opportunity
Donate Books for Young Readers with Open Door Medical Center from 11 AM – 6 PM | A Family-Friendly Opportunity
Thank You First Responders Project with Volunteer New York! from 2 – 6 PM | A Family-Friendly Opportunity
Thank You Veterans Project with Volunteer New York! from 2 – 6 PM | A Family-Friendly Opportunity
Volunteer for Hands-Only CPR Training with American Heart Association from 2 – 5 PM | A Family-Friendly Opportunity
